Got an opportunity to shoot some models at a show that I had my car in attendance at. This was my favorite picture of all the model shots I took. I got some funky green reflection on her right arm. Any suggestions on how I can remove it?

The first thing I would try would be to mask the area and clone over it with samples from other area of her body with the same skin tone. Then, use the healing brush (NOT SPOT HEALING!), sampling from those same zones to get the texture right, should the cloning introduce any artifacts.
