Prints...dumb question

This maybe a dumb question; however, I have no idea because I never order prints larger than 8x10 from anywhere. Also, I never have ordered online.

The specialty prints like 16x20 or 20x30...when you order them; how are they shipped? Are they packaged flat...or are they rolled up?

    They're rolled. Once upon a time we heard comments about that but the tubes are so rugged and the damage rate so low, I haven't heard anything but good for a long time.
