Q: How do you keep your equipment save from fungus and other evils?

The general advice is to put lenses in places
with dry circulating air. This is what I do at
home. For hiking I always carry a bunch of
ziplock bags with me each of them containing
a silica dry bag. This is especially handy
in cold weather, because I can put my gear
in the bags once I return to a warm home and
avoid condensation on my gear. Once everything
is back at room temperature I take it out,
clean it and again store it away.

I'd be intersted how you do it (to maybe copy
a few ideas). :):
