Hi all! My Redbone hound gave birth to 10 bouncing baby doggies yesterday morning. I snapped a few off and thought you'd like to see. Enjoy.

Please repeat the photo of the mother with bounced flash for her to be nicier without those red eyes :D

She is a beautiful Mama dog!!! And what a variety of pups! What breed and color is the father........or do you know????

Antonio: Thanks for the comments. I took that shot of her the day I got my 20D and I hadn't really got the hang of it yet. I'll reshoot after things settle down a bit. She doen't leave the pups for very long. Very protective.

Saurora: Thank you for the comments also. The father was an American Fence Jumper...also known as a Golden Retriever. He was more of a pale yellow color than golden. I don't think he was a purebred though. I have no idea where the black ones come from. I can only guess that it was him. Maybe he has some labrador in him too. My dog is a purebred so I know it wasn't from her. The puppies were born on the morning of the 17th, this month of course. More pics to come as they grow up.:D
