Cathedral Arts Festival; 2 weeks left!

Hey All,
The Grace Van Vorst Church in Jersey City is holding the 17th Annual Cathedral Arts Festival Through June 2nd- the CAF is the Primary fundraiser for the church, which runs a great deal of community outreach programs like adult lieracy, a Homeless Shelter, Soup Kitchens, etc.
The fundraiser consists of a month long juried Art Exhibition and sale, and a live auction (whihc has sadly passed).
This was the first CAF I had attended, and I was pleasantly surprised at the elvel of quality of the works on display. Jersey City is the current home of a lot of artists driven out of Manhattan by high prices, and a good deal of their work is stellar. The exhibition includes painting, sculpture, photography, and the like.
If you have some spare cash, and would like to donate it to a worthy cause while getting a piece of Art out of it as well, then drop by. There will be a closing party on June 2nd.

Not only was accepted for the exhibition, but was bought by someone as well. It will be up until June 2nd.:D
So, if your up to a trip from NYC into the outer darkness of Jersey (actually, it's like a 10 minute PATH ride from the WTC)
