Gosh, the colors just POP on my monitor. Beautiful. Sunflowers are one of my favorites, but the danged squirrels bend them over and destroy them before they really get beautiful... so I stopped planting them.

Those "danged" squirrels really messed up my yard once. Last year it was the goldfinches who had an eating frenzy.
I save the heads (whatever is left) and throw them on the ground...it's a free for all.
