It rained all afternoon, then this! My favorite clouds are the ones that disperse after a good storm... :nod

Definitely a cool shot! I love after-the-storm clouds, too. Most of my best storm shots were taken that way. thumb.gif

Thanks Kdog and Saurora, for the kind words...

There's something about a sunset, in general, that really appeals to me. I photograph anything that my eye catches, but chasing sunsets gives me a total rush. I'd compare it to watching fireworks, only more so (especially during that 30/60sec of alpenglow)...

    Take care...

Yes Russ it is. There is magic in that moment, peace and tranquility. Cool capture of that.

    Thanks Cristian.

I missed a big one, tonight on my way home from work. I usually take my camera with me, but (of course) today I decided to leave it at home.:bash

I took a different path and I found a new overlook, about 350' above Lake Michigan. I almost hurled myself over the ledge, in utter dissapointment. :cry

Needless to say, I will haunt that overlook, if I don't get a shot from there (before I die), like the one I missed today.:dgrin

    Take care...
