I was supposed to start a new rotation yesterday, but due to a communication mixup between the school and the hospital I ended up with the day off:dunno I had Jimmy Page's guitar riff from "Communication breakdown" in my head the entire way to San Joaquin:D
Speaking of not being on the same page, the tree swallows have still not gotten the freaking memo about their fly by speed. After 100 shots or so this OOF piece of work is all I have to show:rolleyes
I think moring is better for these swallow in flight attempts. Either that or they were flying into the sunlight to mess with me...
At least the stilts were a bit more cooperative
Didn't do my homework on this guy...anybody got an ID?
As a consolation the swallows let me see some feeding...
Maybe work will forget about me again today too:wink
Thanks for looking!

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
and the feeding shots, Rock right along with that riff you were quoting

Thanks Rick! I've been trying to get some shots of these guys for some time now with only poor results. I had to kneel in mud and an ant farm to get a few yesterday, but at least for once they didn't come out half bad.
