Page/Gallery not loading fully--stuck?

I was hoping a smugmug admin can help me. It appears one of my html only pages is stuck in a "partial update" phase. I can't use the "edit" button for the page contents, can't view all of the customize options, or save any changes to the gallery description. Could you please look at it:

Looks like the problem could be to do with the custom code you have on the page, you have an unclosed quote in an image element, which is no doubt causing the problem.

i had system shutdown during a page code upload...wonder if that did it.

whats really strange is that when i would try to "customize" the gallery it wouldn't even load the full options of things to customize.
