Hi all,

A recent shot from the Viera Wetlands. Taken with my Nikon D100 and the 80-400 VR lens.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Hi Ginger,

That pic was with the autofocus. The 80-400 lens does ok with auto in high contrast situations.

    Thanks Ian,

Green Herons are fairly common down here in Florida. I had never seen one before until I moved here in July.

Nice shots Kate especially considering you weren't using a DSLR with a long zoom. Herons are one of my favorite subjects. I really enjoy shooting them.
