Some pics of our Lilac's that are getting past peak.
So much wind and rain I wasn't able to get em at peak so I made do with what I got.

All taken with my Sigma DG EX 105mm Macro @ ISO 200 to control DOF in manual mode.

    IMHO the first image is great except for the empty space on the right. I would have tried
    for a much tighter crop and tried to eliminate the dead flower lower left. But that's my 2 cents worth and I still like the image. thumb.gif
