Wilson Arch

Easily one of the easiest targets, Wilson Arch can be observed directly from the vehicle:
However, if you are willing to take a short, but steep hike
You will get rewarded by a much nicer view:
Which could be made even more nice if you're willling to take a few risky steps on a local slickstone and cross to the other side:
It's purely amazing how different does it look from the different angles, sometimes just a few steps away from each other:

Many thanks for Mike Lane for being a patient human model!:thumb
Enjoy arching!

I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.

Clouds surely do add to the landscape. No clouds - different picture...
Thanks for looking!
Well, we were not competing in size, just in speed:-)
Cheers!

I told you when I was chimping it looks nice. It looks even nicer on a big screen
Cheers, mate!
Yeah, that "human element" that Marc has been always telling us about adds a great deal to a landscape.
Thanks for watching!
Cheers!

Thanks, but wait till we get to the really cool stuff...
This is just a teaser so far:-) Roadkill, so to speak.
The other stuff required way more time, efforts and character to get (kinda hike to the top of the Angel's Landing), and believe you me, it was worth it :
And now that Mike has retired from the Air Force, may be we can persuade him to go modeling
In fact it was more like this:
