    Eh up Martin, clap.gif very nice. I was born in York, grew up in the East Riding and university in Leeds. Loved all your galleries and you have some very strong work on show.
    Presently marooned in Norfolk, so thanks for the reminder of my home county.

    Firstly, that is a great photo (good choice on the B&W). That being said ... to me this photo has two competing mesages... it says emptiness and it says fluffy clouds. My eyes keep shifting up and down ... problem with two messages is that they detract from each other. For me the empty messgae is stronger and a better message than fluffy clouds so I would crop from the top to about the midpoint of the dominate single cloud (just above the dark part). Just My $.02. (I wish I had taken this photo.)

    I keep looking at this shot and saying "Wow!" over and over. That is an amazing shot! I love the textures and the exaggerated feeling of lots and lots of space. I want to go there. thumb.gif
