Nother Mystery Flower I need help with!

These are growing next to the foundation of my house in both Purple and White.
Flower is about the size of your pinky nail.

I need help to identify these.
All I know is I'm 95% sure they aren't wild. :dunno

    Was just a quick shot for identification.
    Came out good for very overcast....no flash @ISO 800! :D

    I think your interest in identifying flowers would be better served if you bought a book.

    That's a good idea but I rarely hafta identify a domestic plant.
    I have a ton of field guides for wildflowers tho. :D

    It is a type of lamium or dead nettle. it is a spreading plant that prefers some shade. which one I would have to check

    Yes as jj said, it's lamium, another common name (besides dead nettle) is archangel.
    Botanical name: Lamium maculatum (Family is Labiatae).
    Old herbal plant, leaves edible in soup, crushed leaves on skin supposed to stop bleeding. Good nectar for bees. Grows 'wild' in our backyard, masses of it.

    Nice clear photo to ID from.
