I've got two volunteer oaks in my backyard....anyone here know enough to identify them? I'm in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County (northern california).

I think this is a coastal live oak: trunk shot

and a leaf shot

this other one looks like a valley oak ( i wish ). I've staked it to promote a straight trunk

it's growing vigorously

The second tree is probably a northern red oak by its leaf shape. I think the first one is some sort of Holly tree. It's not any oak I've ever seen.
