My house was robbed last weekend. My computer stolen... my DVD/CDs busted to shreds. Thank god for Smugmug!! I have all my photo backed up there. I had them backed up on DVD.
Now why someone would want to bust up personal family photos is beyond me. I know my sister's scuzzball of a boyfriend played a part in my house being robbed.

Now if I could just figure out why the uploader program (where you can upload folders at a time in full resolution) doesn't like my username or password. :(

    Hi Rachel wave.gif

I'm sorry to hear you got robbed, and your things got trashed. I'm glad to head you had made backups on smugmug though!

Did you get your uploader working? if not, come one over to the support forum thumb.gif

    Cheers,

Would that happen to be the "Send to Smugmug" uploader? We've had a few cases reported where that login problem is happening. Steps are being taken to fix it as we are working directly with the software designer. Unfortunately, that's about all that I can offer. If it still doesn't work, you'll have to use a site uploader for a while.
