I like to think of this as the "Decisive Moment", however in reality it's more like "A lucky break."
Cartier-Bresson's original phrase was à la sauvette, which is more accurately translated into English as "on the fly." This shot certainly qualifies. Nice job
if i understand this right you shot this with your fly open and your eyes closed the book is coming out sooooon timing it is all about timing lucky or the way we sometimes do it good one

Regards,
Thank you Richard, I didn't know that. It makes the picture even more appropriate. After further research, I found that the most frequent translation is "on the run." And more research turned up its etymology which comes from the small cup you fit into your sink to catch your ring before it disappears forever down into the plumbing. It is meant to convey the instant of capture of an object in motion. The most current use of the phrase is in "vendeurs de billettes a la sauvette" to describe scalpers of tickets, once again "on the fly." It is also used for street sellers of watches. Thank you so much for your comment. I love it when something leads me to a whole different area of knowledge.

Wow, wonderful shot of the RWBB...but that damn eagle shot is absurd. Way to make me feel like a real hack William.D
Hope to shoot with you guys soon!
You were never, and will never be a hack Jeff, but thank you for the compliment. It would be great if we can all get together again for a photo shoot real soon.

Hey, I didn't know that RWBB made such handsome subjects.
Just leave it up to you William, you nailed it
Regards,
Made for a very nice photo, too.
Do you have the shutter speed required for that kind of shot? Cool!
