OK I decided to take a quick shot at this one...I did a minutes worth of work just to show what can be done fairly easily:
This was with a Hue/Saturation adj Layer that targeted boosting the blue in the sky and changing the predominately yellow grass to a true green and darkening it. The only other step was a basic curves adjustment to boost overall contrast, especially between the blue and green tones. Simple fix but a big change from the original. Please give it a try and post your results!
