Smugmug has some competition!!!

Up until now I thought Smugmug's customer service was second to none. After dealing with Canon's customer service there may be a new horse in the race.

Canon, thus far, has treated me like I was their biggest customer (just as SM does). It is most refreshing. I tend to buy products based on after purchase product service. Selected my last 2 vehicles based on experiences with the dealers service departments. For my camera gear it's CANON and web service it SMUGMUG!!! :thumb

    I second what you say about Canon's service departments, and also CPS - a topshelf service oriented group.
