Copy or Clone Album?

Perhaps this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it.
I have some default albums (hidden) which contain placeholder pictures and have pro pricing set. I can refer to these albums when setting up new albums to apply the pricing, but it still means that I have to create an album, upload a default picture, make sure defaults are set properly, then apply pricing.
It would be nice to be able to just copy on of my preset "template" albums into a gallery as a new album (or new albums).
Since we use different pricing for weddings, fairs, community events and horse shows, I have have several of these "template" albums created.
Any suggestions on how to do this? It would sure be handy.
