order number help

So i have on my site that when a buyer buys a photo they can rewuest a digital copy. But i now have a problem. I go tan email saying " I want a digital copy for order number 134326" but when I go to my CP i cant find a record of that order. any ideas?

Edit: I think i found the problem I forgot to change the pricing in the gallery so it doesn tshow up if i make no profit?

thanks andy but now another question. I have had prints ordered from that gallery beofre and the they were the right price so why didnt this one's price get changed?
