I really like the boats up on the beach shot, and the reflections on the wet sand too

Thanks for all the encouragement. Glad to have finally figured it out. I do hope to be able get some decent edititing software soon but am pretty happy just to be able to post the odd photo and see a lot of what others have done.

Nice pictures. I love the boat scene and looks like your lens must have fogged up to creat the cool fog effect.
