Garter Snake

On a recent Kayaking trip to Tahoe we spotted a friendly Garter snake near on of the beaches, this beach was very isolated so the snake was not afraid and carried on hunting all the while we were there.

    Seriously, i did get some shots with the tongue out but none with the focus in these shots, getting a little particular in my old age.mwink.gif
