Is this a sign from above?
I was taking your standard issue "kid and a BD cake with candles" pictures for my Helen's 14th birthday. Shots were taken, candles were blown and the images brought to my Dell. It was then when I realized that an (el cheapo) UV filter on top of my 50mm f/1.8 played an interesting trick with me:
I didn't count on this, and I didn't notice it when shooting - but I sure do like the effect :
