Yosemite, Black Bear, a Mule deer Doe and very close, its a green grouse,
we had a lot of fun up there, the bear was a little intimidating especialy after he came out from behind his bush reared up and stomped his front paws down and starred straight at me, at that point I'm looking for a fresh pamper.

That is a beautiful Cinnamon phase Black Bear but your doe looks to actually be a buck fawn from this spring. You can see the pedicles (small bumps on his head) from which his antlers will grow next spring. Right now they are under the skin and if you could feel them it would feel like small bony protuberances under the skin but next spring he will sprout small spike or forked antlers from them.
