Question about Filmstrip view

Hi, I've only just realised filmstrip is available and I really like the look of it.

BUT,
is there any way to stop it from moving CONSTANTLY? I love the filmstrip layout for viewing, and having the images slide left or right when you put the cursor on the arrows - that's all great ... but the constant sliding has given me a headache in just the last 3 minutes of viewing...

So, anything I can do to stop it?
