Can't change billing info

I'm trying to update my billing information to a new address and credit card. It keeps failing even though I've triple checked the information. I've called the bank and they don't see Smugmug doing any authorizations on my card. I'm wondering if the smugmug server is having issues.

I tried it from juliejules.smugmug.com with the same result (fails).

I'm using Firefox (v1.5.0.1) on Windows XP.

By the way, there's something else odd ... it says "guest photos" at the top of my page. It used to say "your photos", I think. When I click "guest photos", it does bring me to my home page. I recently changed my email address too. I don't know if that matters.

You are logged on as Guest, make sure the guest password is different than your main password. Then login again using the "main" password.

dmc's suggestion worked. I'm not sure how I got logged in as guest, I didn't know I had a guest password, nevermind that it was the same as my main password. Anyway, I changed my main password, and everything worked after that.
