Identify the Shroom

This is growing in my yard ....not too well versed in Shrooms. :scratch
Anyone have any idea what it is? :dunno

I "THINK" accroding to my guide it's a Marasmius Androsaceus?

    I dont know what its called......... but I get a lot of mushrooms in my backyard, especially under the Plumb tree for some reason?
