upload log: difference between 'ready' and 'complete'

I just had 3 files with a status 'ready' instead of the usual 'complete'. What's the difference other than that those files don't have any wait or process time (only 'n/a') ? - see screenshot

Dunno, are they "complete" now?
It's probably the interim step before complete.
