Do we have a head count to make sure this was not one of our folks? Remember to stay safe out there.

    No kidding.

Death was always on my mind when I was walking along the rim of the Grand Canyon.

Sid, (all kidding aside) it was on my mind just viewing every shot you guys posted! I would never cross over a retaining wall...there's a good reason for having them.

On the trail that runs right along the rim, there is no retaining wall or fence. Not good for vertigo folks like me. :uhoh

Remember that it is not the fall that gets you... its that sudden stop at the end.

A fun book for all is "death in Yellowstone" Oh, and just a thought, read it BEFORE you go, not after like me. :D

If you had been within ear shot when I started reading it you could have heard various phrases like, no s**t! Damn! I did that! Who knew?

After reading it my first thought, (after the collloquial speach), was this should be mandatory reading for visitors. Woops, forgot, they stiopped teaching reading in public schools last year.
