SOLD: Nikon 300 f2.8 EDIF AIS manual tele lens

This has been my 300 lens until my recent purchase of the 300 f2.8 AFSII, so I will no longer need this lens.

Nikon 300 F2.8 ED IF AIS manual tele lens.( the version with built-in hood) Due to its age, the barrel and exterior shows some wear - no scratches or dents.. just brassing and rub marks. The edge of the lens mount has marks from mounting of camera body.

The glass is in excellent condition - I see no scratches, marks, or any sort on such a big piece of glass. there are no fongus or oil on blades.

Focus ring is smooth, and aperture ring is accurate.

Serial # 613553

Comes with front leather cover and rear cap.

KEH current sell a 'bargain' copy for $695.

My lens in much better condition for $595.00 plus shipping and paypal fees.
