    I've gotten that page as well, trying to access my personalized google homepage as well.

    I can't remember how I got the screen, but I'm guessing it has something to do with cookies, and whatnot. It seems to just be a safetly precaution, I wouldn't worry too much about it, but if you repeatedly keep getting it, I'd let google know.
