the contest on another fourm is BLUR. not bokeh or what not, but actual blur. "The photo must have a component of blur in it and obviously the blur plays a major part of the subject/story....etc."

if anybody wants to can you please suggest the best three out of these shots? thanks bunches..

the contest is on the www.dpreview.com canon talk forums in case anybody wants to join. no prize, just for fun :D

Oh so many good shots athos. The subject is covered well but I have chosen my 3 favorites.

bikers 1...the best for a totally blur image. I vote #3.

Walkin on By...I vote this as #1. I love the selective blur you created and the very uninterested young man who seems to care less on what's going on in front of him.

Silence Screams Color...excellent! Just enought color to scare unsuspecting street walkers. I vote #2 but I was very close to choosing this as #1.

    Inspiring photography...well done. thumb.gifclap.gif

You've got some nice shots there, Athos.

My personal preference goes out to "walkin on by". I just love those lines all over the photo. Second choice will be "musician's soul".

"warp tunnel" is nice too, but it doesn't say "blur" to me for some reason.

bladrunners bikers 1. i like the perspective & consistency of the light
the warped market..i sense alot of movement in that photo w/ a twist of distrubance.
walking on by...because, just because. its easy to relate to.

    my 2 cents.
    good luck.
