I'm new too so please take what I say with liberal helpings of salt.

I like the pix of the pansy floating on water. And also the kids -- the one eating ice cream and the other b&w one. I looked at those galleries because I too like taking photographs of children and flowers.

I think some of your shots could do with cropping but that's just me. I'm a certified cropaholic.

As another newbie and dedicated amature my opinion is... well an amatures opinion.

I liked a lot of your stuff but most especially the feathers on the blue cloth.

I looked at your people and outdoors - very nice

I did not notice any great need for cropping on these.

I looked over all your pics and they all very nice. Most of them very nice exposed and composed. Well done.
