The weather around here has been pretty horrid so I wasn't able to get out today. The bug had me though so I got out the gear and did some detail shots of my Ibanez BTB bass and Dean Evo Guitar. Hope you like them. The rest of the gallery is here:

As for the Dean EVO, I really like it. I've been a strat man in the past but the sound, sustain, and playability on this Dean is just wonderful. When I was shopping for it, I played some pretty expensive equipment and decided I actually liked this guitar the best. Sometimes a particular guitar just fits you :.
Getting back to photography, camera equipment is sometimes the same way. It isn't always about the options and, for example, Nikon and Canon, both make some excellent cameras and glass. But sometimes one or the other will just suit the way a person uses a camera better.
When you're an artist, it is important that you connect well with your gear. I need to love making music with a particular guitar and I need to love taking photographs with a particular camera.
