    are these scanned images? they look really soft.

    They look soft to me as well. I can tell from the EXIF data that you used a Canon 10D. Did you use a tripod for any of them? The first was pushing it if you were handholding at 300mm at 1/20 of a second exposure - even with IS on.

    The last one was taken at 28mm for 6 seconds. At that exposure you should definitely use a tripod and enable mirror lockup and use either a remote or the timer to execute the exposure.

    When using a tripod remember to always turn off your IS. If you don't the stabilizer can induce shake in the images (which maybe what gave you the soft focus if you did use a tripod for the shots).

    These look like stretched out thumbnails...could be the problem.

    You can only in-line post one image per posting. If you want to post more than 1 in a post, you must use links. See this link for more on how to do that
