FS: Laptop DDR 512MB Upgrade

Offering it to dgrin before it goes on ebay. I have a peice of 512MB SODIMM PC2700 333MHz 512MB ram for sale. With a CL of 2.5. This originally came out of an IBM laptop (pulled when new to upgrade to a full 2gb) IBM FRU 10K0033, and I used it for 6 months in a Compaq laptop. The ram is still good and was working great when I pulled it. My new laptop uses a different type of DDR so I have no use for it now.

$35.00+shipping.

I also have some Older PC133 SDRAM for desktops (128MB, and 256MB chips) that will be going on ebay later too if anyone is interested in one of those let me know.

    Nah the other one went in and got fixed I just didn't want it anymore. The hard drive was bad just like I thought, and they upgraded the memory in it for free..........

    But now I have this memory to sell.....
