Which crop is better for this landscape?

To my way of thinking, this is the better crop of the two.

However, if it were my photo, I would crop it more landscape and crop just below the aircraft. The aircraft and space above it don't IMHO add anything to the image. I might also crop out just a touch of the foreground - but I'm not sure about that.
