Uploading broken?

Just trying to upload a few photos and cant. Tried both IE and firefox (and different uploaders in IE) and nothing. IE reports an error code up '1230' when uploading fails

Ouch, sorry ou are getting the dreaded 12301 error. That's a Windows comms error, more here:

This not-very-helpful Windows error officially means there is a problem with your connection. It can happen on wireless networks with phones interferance, it can be precipitated by security software that is trying to protect your PC, or interupption in the connection with your Internet Service Provider.

Try rebooting everything on your system - router, cable/dsl modem, computer, etc.

Rebooted the ISP box and wireless router for a second time and it all now seems to be in order.
