I'm tired of finding my pics have been 'borowed' for commercial use

I like my current photo site... I get unlimited storage space and unlimited traffic, hotlinking/posting, even selling for $30 a year plus I like the layout... but anyone can just right click or do a screencapture a take my photos. And take they do! I found two shots just last night that had been taken by a band called 'Nazerine', they had added their band name to the pics and were using them for advertising, cd covers, flyers, their myspace website and who knows what else. They didn't even bother to crop the copyright off one. I've sent a complaint to my photo site about this theft being allowed, plus sent letters of copyright and use violations to all the bands websites. How many other photos of mine are being used to this end? All because my current site does not add a simple 'right click defeat' to their site. Unless they do something I'll have to hide my photos in private albums, which defeats the purpose of having a photo sharing site.

Is smugmug much different? Or will I have to buy a pro account (something I can't afford) to get any type of protection?

Long story. We'd originally made a gift to Dani, for a special event. She returned the gift and so I set her up with a one-year SmugMug account.

    How did you do that?
So it looks like when I go to this smugmug page and right click on any photo, a copyright pop-up window comes up (interesting that it beats my pop-up blocker...). How did you do that - I don't see anything in the customize area to allow this.
    Thanks,
    E

As I read the help files, I guess this is only a Pro account option. Too bad.
