I did some pictures for a friends work. What is the best way to protect my work till I get paid for the work? I was thinking of pooting a proof sign on the photo along with my name and a (C) sign... but some one told me I should put it into a pdf file nad make it so it can't be printed and save the file as a low res. in photo shop vs. the highest. any comments or ideas?

The PDF file sounds like a good idea... I know Photoshop can generate a PDF, but I can't remember if you can set security options for a PS generated PDF. If you have a full version of Acrobat it's a non issue, you could use it to set the security options you want.

I see nothing wrong with the proof watermark approach either.
