We visited a few springs last weekend. This is Big Spring in Mo. The sun was behind the hill
and therefore fairly dark at the spring. Left the polarizer on :(: but as it turned out it
really boosted the blue in the water.

828 f4.5 1/2.5s Glad I had the tripod along. Comments welcomed.

Wow! I really love the blue of the water. Did you enhanse the saturation in post at all, or was that just the filter's effect?

Love the motion of the water. I am still trying to get to grips with running water. Any settings would be welcome.
These are beautiful photographs. More is better in this case.

Oops, settings are in the post. I need to go practice, practice...

Thanks all for your kind comments. I have found that if I up the saturation a bit fall leaves look natural. I shoot in real color and the colors, esp. fall leaves are not as bright/saturated as seen by eye. Boosting a little makes them look like the actual scene. I also think it makes the whole pic pop as well.

Below is the original with no editing. I think you can see what a difference slight contrast, sat and USM does. Just hope I didn't do too much. What'd ya think.
