Took the 300 out today

and used it with and without the 1.4 TC. I really need to get a set of extension tubes. Although the min focusing distance is pretty small as is, the extension tubes would be very handy.

Same flower, different angle. The wierd gold/orange light is glare from the sun, I kind of like it though.

    Thanks everyone. I don't think I could reproduce that last shot if I tried. I just got lucky with lens flare that worked in my favor. I went out today in the same spot and got almost nothing worth keeping :cry. Oh well, I'll just have to try again tomorrow :D.
