I have suggested to you elsewhere that underneath all the photoshop it looks like you have some really great portraits, and I have requested, although I don't think I would term it persistently, that you post some 'standard' portraits-

honestly out of 30 or so forums 2 of 3 say go B/W
i did 4 last night
im keeping them in rgb desaturated so i can use all the tools
finding that selective color/ black neutral white really tunes the greytones
well
