    yea just to nail it right was tough because if the angle was off the sun would white out the top section of the fall

    I'm a fan of the angel hair effect when it comes to waterfalls.

    I think if you used an ND filter (probably an X4) you might have got the results you were looking for.

    This is s tough exposure and you did a good job with it. As to the waterfall I like it, if you can reshoot it maybe try a different time of day where the sun hits the face of the falls it will make more of the water shine and help freeze the water.
