Very nice shots. Excellent details and good colors. thumb.gif How is it shooting with that 500mm F/8 lens?

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Hi harry..... this is a great lens if you pick your subjects. I have used it as a walkabout due to its size, small and light, and you will be surprised at the different perspective you will get to your shots with such a long lens, the lack of DOF can be used to an advantage. It takes a bit of getting used to hand holding, but fine on a sunny day, focus is very critical and you have got to be spot on with this. You will be surprised how close you are able to focus on subjects, you may not be able to get it all in but you can get close.......sometimes I use a mono pod
