i've pried open the smugmug vault and i'm happy to announce new prizes going forward for the dgrin challenges.

henceforth, and from this day onwards, the winner will receive a $40 gift certificate at tallyn's professional photographic. in addition, if you spend over $150 total, you'll receive an additional $10 credit from tallyn's :D.

tallyn's is a fine store, located in peoria, illinios. i've shopped there plenty. their staff is excellent, and they carry a wide variety of gear.

That's very nice. We also still have the option of donating, eh? I'm definitely in the starving artist category, but like the idea of a charity group being able to get an account, etc.

    That's great!
Wow! Sounds good. I'll have to keep entering those challenges.

I also wish to report that I received my prints (prize from previous challenge win.) Thanks, Baldy, for taking care of that so quickly once I got my message through. The prints are beautiful!! I ordered the "luster" paper. It looks like an oil painting on canvas. For my landscape, that's so perfect. It's going to make a wonderful Christmas gift for my daughter. And there's one for me too. I couldn't be happier.

I can recommend EZ Prints through Smugmug to everyone. They are beautiful!
