Another egret
These are about all there is to photograph at the NWR this time of year. But I liked the tree he is on.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Complaining about nothing to shoot but egrets? You must be hanging out with Harry. Spend a day with me sometime here in the desert. 110 degrees, mosquitos up the kazoo, on a typical day, you sit hours waiting for a decent bird, on a bad day you don't even get a gull to break the monotony.
Ahhh, egrets, egrets everywhere... (except here)
Nice pic, btw..

I'd take 110 degrees dry heat. Went out at 6 a.m. for the dog to do his thing, and to add water to the pool, was out no more than 3 mins. and came in w/ 13 bites. Today 101, heat index 107 and HUMID. Ick, ewww, awful. It's 10pm and still 95. Headed north tomorrow -- can only hope for cooler temps. Summer is no fun anywhere!!!!! :cry
