Nice warm lighting, feeling. Plus I love the way the floors glow.

clever idea. i think, that the dried plant in the corner is too dark though, i'm a bit distracted searching at it headscratch.gif

i do like the idea though - perhaps work with this scene some more? maybe a small table with a candle on it in that corner ...

I think it is level. I did not know what to look for as far as level in that photo, then I noticed that the right side was lined up, I think it works.

I really like Andy's idea re the small table, candle, etc. With my monitor I didn't even notice the plant, it was such a nice warm scene (with nice clean wood floors), I really liked it, but the table and candle would really top it off, I think.

What I think is funny, is the idea that Andy can now help some of us "decorate",

Can I come and live in your house???
I am a sucker for indirect glows in the dark and wooden floors. I can smell the wax...

    That's beautiful Lynn
I think it looks level. It also looks warm and inviting. I think Andy's idea is a good one. Go for it.

Very good mood to this image. Peaceful and quite is how it feels to me. I would also like a tiny bit more detail in the plant, but if not its ok the way it is. Nice shot.

    Lynn,

It's squeeky clean, everything in it's place, well ballanced, and color coordinated.

Probably not straight, but seems to be level. :D

    Much Much Better..
I saw this the other day in the challenge thread but havent had time to reply in here. I like this alot better than the version with the plant. The candle on the table creates another element to the shot with the shadow it casts up the wall. I like it alot.thumb.gif

nice angles in this one Lynne. I like the simplicity of the picture. It is straight lines and very effective. It works for me.

thanks cat.. if I were to use it I'd have to reshoot after cleaning my sensorrolleyes1.gif and between the coughing, sneezing, blowing and swearing methinks I'd better stay with the first one.
