Hi y'all,

I woke up ealy this morning and had some time to kill. The full moon was still out and even though I not wild about moon shots I figured I'd give it a try for once.

I was thinking that you usually don't get a such a good view of the moon when a fighter jet from Patrick AFB flew into the frame. He had a better view.

    Hey Harry,

I glanced at the EXIF data on that pic and noticed that it was shot on July 13. I had been a happy Canon camper till I saw this cool Nikon feature, shooting in the future. BTW, would you mind sending me a shot of tomorrow's Dow-Jones closing numbers by PM? rolleyes1.gif

Thanks for the kind words and now I have to reset the dang camera's time settings. rolleyes1.gif Cameras should just take pictures, they have no business being a calendar. Phones should make calls and not take pictures, watches should tell the time and nothing else. Lets get back to the basics!!!!!

Thank you Bill. You have some good pics on your site. Its eye catching and appealing but at times a tad too active for my taste. The galleries were good but after you clicked on a thumbnail you had to go back to the first page of the gallery too click another. I would have preferred a filmstrip or slideshow set-up.

    Hey Skippy,

I was just making my morning coffee and I noticed the moon was still out. I figured. why not take a shot? As soon as I set up the tripod I noticed this jet coming in from my left so I waited to see if it would get in the frame.

There were lots of birds around but they just wouldn't fly high enough to get in the frame with the moon.:cry Now that would have been a shot.
